Q. How do I register for a company account?

 

A. Repairers can register for an account by visiting our Repairer Registration page, and completing the registration process.

 

A. Leasing Companies and NSCs can complete the form and allow our experts to follow up to answer your questions and provide more information.

 

Q. My company uses Athoris, but I do not have a login. How can I get access?

 

A. Please contact your organisation’s Athoris administrator so they can create you a username and assign the appropriate user roles.

 

Q. Why is my account locked and how do I unlock my account?

 

A. After five failed attempts at logging in, your account will be locked. If this happens, contact your organisation’s Athoris administrator to have the account unlocked.

 

Q. How do I reset my password?

 

A. From the login page, click Forgot password. Type your email address to receive a temporary password email.

 

When setting up a new password, your password must be between 9 and 20 characters long and contain at least:

 

  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character (#, *, &, etc.)
